Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add *********** to your safe sender list. You may also contact us if you need further assistance.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We are unable to cancel orders once placed. If you need to make a size modification please email us immediately ***********. Please note that once our warehouse has processed your order, we are unable to make any changes.
Can I exchange an item?
No. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item we will issue you store credit that can be used towards the website at anytime. Please note that bodysuits, swimwear and lingerie are excluded from items that can be exchanged.
I no longer want an item, can I have a refund?
No, we do not offer refunds. You may send the item back within 2 business days of receipt for store credit. Please note that bodysuits, swimwear and lingerie are excluded from items that can be returned.
Do you provide return labels?
No, we do not offer return labels. The expense of the return is the responsibility of the customer.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
We sincerely apologize if you received an incorrect or faulty item. Please contact us within 5 hours of receiving your package with your order number and picture proof of both the incorrect/faulty item as well as the packing slip. Failure to report a faulty item within 5 hours of receiving your package will result in our inability to replace the item.
How can I figure out which size to buy?
Please see our size guide for general information on sizing. If you are in between sizes we recommend that you size up. If you still have specific questions about a fit of an item or measurement guidelines, please contact us.
I saw an item that I loved, but it is no longer in stock.
If you say an item that you desire and it is out of stock, please contact us. If we have a high demand, we will make every effort to restock that item or we may replace it with a similar style.
